PLAYER CARDS

The Player’s Card is a key tag card that all players are required to have to participate in SportsLink Leagues and Programs. Upon completion of a waiver and paying the card fee, each player’s information and photo is entered into our system.

At this time, we aren’t handing out a key tag.  There is no need to stop by the office to pick one up!
Player’s with a valid Player’s Card will show up as such in our DASH Online system.

The annual fee is $30 per player for an Individual Player’s Card.

Yes. The annual fee is $40 for a Family Player’s Card. The Family Player’s Card is valid for Married Couples and any Dependents ages 17 and under living at the same address.

Our operating costs have significantly increased over the past several years and our prices have not.  Rather than raising our league and program fees to keep up with the rising operating costs, we implemented a Player’s Card fee to help defray a portion of the increased costs to continue providing quality leagues and programs.

All players and participants of any SportsLink League. Each player or participant will be required to have a Player’s Card before being allowed to play in any league or program. The Player’s Card will help enforce roster regulations and help track ejected and banned players and help provide a safer and more organized league.

Players must purchase their Player’s Card before their FIRST game to be eligible to play.

It depends!  Most Player’s Cards are valid for one full year from date of purchase.  The Single Season Player’s Card expires in 70 days.

The replacement fee is $5.00.

Yes.  Each captain will be given 5 free Guest Passes to use during the season. Coordinators will have record of the number of Guest Passes each team uses. Beyond the 5 passes, guests will be required to pay a $10 guest fee if they do not already have a valid Player’s Card. Guest players without a valid Player’s Card will also need to submit a SportsLink waiver. The guest fee is good for 1 game/1 person.

Thank you for your loyalty. The Player’s Card fee is a price increase for ALL Players and it costs loyal, multi-season players much less annually than a company wide price increase would.

Yes. The SportsLink offers various specials and discounts when you show your valid Player’s Card at various sponsor bars and social groups around the Charlotte area. All specials and discounts can be viewed on our website at www.SportsLinkUS.com.

Yes. Every player is required to have a valid Player’s Card. However, there is an option for a “Single Season Team Rate” or “Single Season Individual Rate ($20)” The Single Season Player’s Cards expire at the end of that season and all players are still required to sign a waiver and have their information and photo entered into our system. Payment is due in FULL at the time of registration for the Single Season cards. NO EXCEPTIONS. No deposits will be accepted and the maximum number of players per team does not change. Please contact our office to discuss Single Season details for Player’s Cards and to make payment.
