POSITION DESCRIPTIONS
COORDINATOR
You are the liaison between the office and the field. Coordinators arrive at the field 30 minutes prior to games and leave after all players/staff.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: picking up and dropping off game sheets, equipment, money, marketing flyers, league paperwork; walking off fields and setting up/breaking down for games; handling conflicts and questions; checking in players and collecting fees; taking pictures; entering scores and notes online; starting and ending games on time; filling in when needed to officiate; cleaning up before and after games; administering basic first aid; sending a nightly email to office wrapping up night.


FLAG FOOTBALL REFEREE
SportsLink Flag Football Referees must go thru our training program in order to become certified by our Soccer staff. In addition to refereeing games, officials may be asked to do the following, amongst other duties: carry equipment; set-up/breakdown field; appropriately manage on-field conflicts; pick up trash; administer basic first-aid.
KICKBALL UMPIRE
SportsLink Kickball Umpires must go thru our training program in order to become certified by our Kickball staff. In addition to umpiring games, umps may be asked to do the following, amongst other duties: carry equipment; set-up/breakdown field; appropriately manage on-field conflicts; pick up trash; administer basic first-aid.


SOCCER REFEREE
SportsLink Soccer referees must go thru our training program in order to become certified by our Soccer staff. In addition to refereeing games, officials may be asked to do the following, amongst other duties: move goals and set-up/breakdown field; appropriately manage on-field conflicts; pick up trash; administer basic first-aid.
SOFTBALL UMPIRE
SportsLink Softball Umpires must go thru our training program in order to become certified by our Softball staff. In addition to umpiring games, umps may be asked to do the following, amongst other duties: carry equipment; set-up/breakdown field; appropriately manage on-field conflicts; pick up trash; administer basic first-aid.


EVENT STAFF
SportsLink Event staff must be fun, outgoing individuals who can work nights and weekends. Event staff help us with our social functions (Field Day, Bar Crawls, Beer Festivals), as well as running booths at events throughout the area (Health Fairs, Races, Sporting Events). Must be 21+ and able to interact well with people.

SportsLink Interns get to dabble in multiple aspects of the company. We are looking for Interns in the following areas:
