COVID 19 POLICIES FOR ALL LEAGUES

– Staff are required to wear masks/facial covers while within 10 feet of players.
– Players are required to wear masks into and off the field/court.  Once playing, they may take their mask off.  There are a few exceptions for various sports.
– A player should not come to league games if they have Covid 19 symptoms; have been sick in the last 14 days; have been exposed to someone with Covid 19 in the last 14 days; or currently has a temperature.  The only exception is if they have had a negative Covid 19 test since the occurrence.
– Players need to bring their own water bottles and do not share personal equipment.
– No spitting, sunflower seeds, or chewing tobacco.
– Rosters will be limited for the larger team sports due to max field capacity.
– No fans/spectators will be allowed at games due to gathering restrictions.
– Most leagues have been given a five to ten minute gap between games.  Please leave the field promptly so the other teams can enter.
– Teams must wait away (we suggest your cars) from the courts/fields until they are cleared of people from the previous games.
– Warm-ups are now minimal if at all.
– All players must sign the new COVID-19 waivers (effective June 26th) before playing (preferably on DASH Online).
– When checking-in with the coordinator/interacting with staff, please be respectful of 6 foot spacing.
– Getting close to staff while arguing calls will result in an automatic and lengthy suspension without appeal.

IF A TEAM HAS A PLAYER TEST POSITIVE
They should contact us (office@sportslinkus.com) immediately with basic details.
– The team will be removed from the schedule for 2 weeks (the team will be credited for the lost games).  Another team will be found to sub in the missed games. If we cannot find a sub, the opposing teams will receive credit for the lost games.
– We will contact the captain of a team that may have come into contact with an infected player.   That team may be asked to sit out games until players get tested and come back negative.  Any missed games due to COVID-19 as a team will be credited.
